Learning support staff work with teachers in the classroom to help students with their learning, i.e. Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, Nursery Nurses and Cover Supervisors.
Student support staff are responsible for the welfare of pupils during the day, break, lunchtime and outside school hours as well as staff who assist pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Other roles in the Trust could be careers advice as well as Breakfast Club Playworker, After School Playworker, Lunchtime controllers, Admin Assistants, Examination Officer, Attendance Officer, Admissions Officer, Data Manger, Receptionist, Finance and Personal Assistants.

Site staff ensure a clean, safe and tidy environment and provide meals at lunch time. Site staff include Facility Managers, Site Manager, Caretakers, Cleaners and Caterers.
